I have founded and grown multiple healthcare entities, including SynergenX Health, LLC, and have served in senior leadership roles such as Chief Executive Officer at Sentry Neuromonitoring, LLC.
My career reflects a proven track record in entrepreneurship, strategic leadership, and operational execution. I am uniquely skilled across all facets of small business development, including operations management, marketing strategy, accounting and finance, and legal review. This broad expertise allows me to identify opportunities, navigate complex challenges, and drive sustainable growth.

Gabby Long is the Co-Founder and Partner of Comprehensive Advisory Services, bringing strategic leadership, financial expertise, and client-focused vision to the heart of the company. As a holder of a BBA Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, she oversees accounting, tax preparation, and all state and federal filings, ensuring that we operate with accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity.
In addition to managing the financial side of the business, Gabby plays a key role in client relations, banking, marketing, and business development. She works closely with clients to understand their needs, provide clear guidance, and ensure they receive reliable, high-quality service from the moment they engage with us.

Her ability to combine financial expertise with relationship building and strategic growth makes her an essential partner in our mission to provide dependable, transparent, and results-driven solutions.

Marisol Carrillo is the operational backbone of Comprehensive Advisory Services, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams. As Administrator, she ensures every interaction, schedule, and project runs smoothly from start to finish.
With a strong background in client relations, scheduling, logistics, CRM management, and inside marketing, Marisol keeps us organized, responsive, and efficient. She manages client communications, coordinates vendors, oversees project timelines, and supports marketing and lead follow-up to ensure no opportunity or detail is missed.
